SGeneral Conditions of Accommodation
These terms apply to all bookings made with Annapurna Mon Village, Ghachok, except for group reservations. By booking, guests acknowledge having read and agreed to comply with these terms. These conditions are subject to change at any time, and the applicable terms are those in effect on the date of booking.
Article 1 – Rates
Rates are in Nepalese Rupees and include all applicable taxes at the time of booking. Any changes in tax rates or new legal taxes imposed by authorities will automatically reflect in the rates at the time of billing. Rates are per room, for the indicated number of people and selected period, and do not include additional services unless stated otherwise.
Article 2 – Reservations and Payment Methods
Bookings can be made through the Annapurna Mon Village website, by phone, email, or mail. A booking is considered confirmed only after it is secured by a credit card number with a valid expiration date or a deposit, and a detailed reservation confirmation is issued. Full payment for all services will be made directly at the guest house. The guest house reserves the right to refuse any booking if the credit card number is incorrect or the booking is incomplete.
Article 3 – Force Majeure
Force majeure refers to any external event beyond the control of the parties that is unpredictable and insurmountable, preventing the guest from fulfilling their obligations under the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation strikes, hotel staff strikes, government or public riots.
Article 4 – Modification and Cancellation of Stay
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be requested via email or phone. The request will only be effective when confirmed in writing by the guest house. Specific conditions apply for modifications or cancellations, detailed by the terms at the time of booking.
Article 5 – The Guest House and Services
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. Rooms are available from 12 PM and must be vacated by 2 PM on the day of departure. Late departures may incur additional charges.
Article 6 – Overbooking
In the event of overbooking or force majeure, the guest house may relocate guests to a comparable or higher category hotel at no additional cost. The transfer will be at the expense of the guest house.
Article 7 – Complaints
Any complaints must be addressed to Annapurna Mon Village by email within 7 days following the departure of the stay concerned.
Article 8 – Internet
Annapurna Mon Village provides Wi-Fi access.
Article 9 – Liability
The guest house is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to guest belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property and may be asked to leave without compensation if their behavior disrupts the order or safety of the guest house.
Article 10 – Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Nepalese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
